Every person has a need to be heard. I'm here to hear you & to help you hear yourself. Life Coaching is a partnership that helps you connect with your Core which is your SEED OF SELF that HOLDS YOUR ANSWERS so you live with more CALM, CLARITY, COMFORT & CONFIDENCE.
You decide the focus by setting an intention at the beginning of each session (examples: love & relationships; money & work; clarity on a decision; how to be happy & healthy through a life transition; living with more peace, love, joy & abundance; knowing what you want & need as well as asking for & receiving it: how to move through pain or fear).
No matter what you want, I'm here to hear you & to help you hear yourself so that you can LOVE & TRUST YOURSELF, OTHERS & LIFE. That means that I CUSTOMIZE COACHING TO FIT YOU using original Core concepts; inquiry; imagery; intuition; Reiki energy balancing & other mind, body, spirit modalities.
Our partnership will be short-term as the ultimate goal is for you to self-coach & you will learn tools to do that in the first few sessions. There is no contract or minimum number of sessions required. Typically, I meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly 1 - 4 times & then periodically as desired (sometimes a single session is all that is needed to breakthrough!). Coaching is available in-person & via phone/internet.
